Pancho Fun is a Telegram bot that automatically snipes new pump.fun tokens the moment they launch. It watches every new token, applies your filters, enters fast, sells in layers at your targets, and cuts losses automatically — all without you lifting a finger.

You'll be sniping in under 3 minutes. No installs, no browser extensions — just Telegram.

1. Open the bot
Search Telegram for the Pancho Fun bot or tap Open Bot above. Press /start. Your personal wallet is created automatically.

2. Check your wallet
Type /wallet or tap 💰 Wallet in the menu. Copy your Solana address — this is where you send SOL.

3. Deposit SOL
Send SOL from Phantom, Backpack, Solflare, or any exchange. Start with 0.5–1 SOL to have room for several trades.

4. Enable the auto-sniper
Tap 🔬 Sniper in the menu, then tap START Sniping. The bot immediately begins watching every new pump.fun token launch.

5. Sit back
When the bot spots a token that passes your filters, it enters automatically and sells in layers at your configured targets. You get a Telegram notification for every trade.

Tap ⚙️ Settings → Mode → Paper to test with simulated trades. Switch to live when you're comfortable with how it works.
Auto Sniper
The auto-sniper monitors every new pump.fun token launch via WebSocket and enters within milliseconds if the token passes your filters.
How it works

A new pump.fun token is detected via live WebSocket connection

The bot starts an observation window (default 5 seconds)

It watches real buys from other wallets accumulate

If your filter thresholds are met, it fires an immediate buy

Position sizing
Fixed SOL
Fixed SOL — always snipe the same amount (e.g. 0.1 SOL per trade)
% of Wallet
% of wallet — snipe a percentage of your balance (compounds as you win)
⭐ Recommended: 5% of wallet. As your balance grows, position sizes grow with it.
Signal multiplier
When enabled, the bot bets more on the strongest signals. Weak signal: 1x. Hot momentum (>40% pump): 1.25x. Rocket signal (fast-entry triggered or >80% pump): 1.5x.
Start / Stop
Tap 🔬 Sniper → START Sniping to activate. Tap STOP Sniping to pause. The sniper remembers its state across restarts.

Sniper menu
PANCHO PUMPS — Moon Shot Mode
An ultra-selective mode that fires on only the absolute best 1–2 tokens per day. Bigger position, moon-shot targets.
Entry criteria — EITHER path must pass:

✦Buy ratio ≥ 60% (more buyers than sellers)
✦Bonding curve advanced ≥ 20 SOL in window (graduation imminent)

✦Fast-entry triggered
✦Net pressure > 80% of initial market cap
✦5+ unique buyers (real retail crowd, not 1 wallet)
✦Buy ratio ≥ 70% (sellers almost completely absent)
✦Net SOL ≥ 0.5

Same protections
Rug guard (price drops <0.75x within 60s) · Stop loss −12% · Trailing stop from 1.25x · 4 minute hold limit
Position size
Configurable: 3%, 5%, or 10% of wallet. Bigger than regular sniper — designed for high conviction.
Expect 1–2 fires per day max. The bot waits for the right one.
Snipe Filters
Filters control which tokens the sniper enters. Every filter can be adjusted from the Sniper → Filter menu.
Observation window
How long the bot watches after a token launches before deciding to buy. Shorter = cheaper entry. Longer = more data. Default: 5s. Range: 0s (instant) to 12s.
Min unique buyers
How many distinct wallets must buy during the window. Filters out tokens bought by 1–2 bots. Default: 5. Range: 2–10.
Net buy pressure
Minimum SOL of net buying (buy volume minus sell volume) in the window. This is the most important rug filter — it ensures real capital is entering, not just wash-trading. Default: 0.3 SOL.
Min buy volume
Gross SOL bought in the window (before subtracting sells). Default: 0.2 SOL.
Min dev buy
Minimum SOL the creator spent on their own token at launch. Higher = stronger dev conviction. 0 = accept any. Default: 0.5 SOL.
Max market cap
Skip tokens that already pumped before the WebSocket event arrived. Default: 50 SOL. Keeps you buying fresh launches only.
Fast entry threshold
If total buy volume hits this SOL amount during the observation window, skip the remaining wait and enter immediately. This catches rockets mid-launch. Default: 1.5 SOL.
Trailing stop
Lock in profits from the peak price. If the token hits 2x and then drops 15%, you exit near 1.7x instead of waiting for your next sell target. Default: 10%. Recommended: 15%.
Authority checks
🪙 Mint Authority
Mint authority revoked — skip tokens where a wallet can mint unlimited supply (classic rug). ON by default.
🧊 Freeze Authority
Freeze authority revoked — skip tokens where an authority can freeze your wallet and prevent selling. ON by default.
Holder concentration
Skip tokens where any single wallet holds more than 20% of supply. Prevents whale rug pulls.

Sell Strategy
The bot sells in layers at configurable targets. You never need to watch the chart.
Default sell ladder
1.5x1.5x → sell 50% — locks in profit fast, covers your entry cost + fees
3x3x → sell 30% — solid gain on a real runner
10x10x → sell remaining 100% — lets the rest ride the rocket
Customize targets
Tap ⚙️ Settings → Sell Targets or type /setsell to change. Format: /setsell 2x:40 5x:35 20x:25 (multiple:percent pairs).
Stop loss
Auto-sells everything if price drops below your stop loss %. Default: 25%. Options: 10%, 12%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 35%, 50%.
Hold timeout
Auto-sells everything if the position hasn't been fully closed within this time. Default: 4 minutes. Options: 2m, 4m, 5m, 8m, 15m, 30m.
Trailing stop
Follows the price up and triggers if it drops X% from the peak. Configured in Snipe Filters. Turns a 10x entry into a locked gain even if targets aren't hit.
Auto-sell on migration
When a token graduates from pump.fun to PumpSwap (Raydium), the bot auto-sells your position. Prevents getting stuck in a graduated token. ON by default.
Capital Management
These settings control how the bot sizes trades and protects your bankroll.
% of wallet sizing
Instead of a fixed SOL amount, trade a percentage of your wallet balance. As you win and your balance grows, position sizes grow automatically. 5% is the recommended starting point.
Signal multiplier
Bets more when the signal is strongest. Weak = 1x. Hot (>40% pump) = 1.25x. Rocket (fast-entry or >80% pump) = 1.5x. Only active when % sizing is enabled.
Daily loss limit
Automatically disables the sniper for the rest of the day if you lose more than this amount. Protects against a bad streak wiping out your bankroll. Set to ~10% of your balance. 0 = disabled.
Loss cooldown
Blocks new snipes for this many seconds after any losing trade. Prevents revenge-trading into back-to-back bad tokens. Default: 60 seconds.
Auto profit withdrawal
After a winning trade, the bot automatically sends a % of proceeds to your external wallet (configured by the server operator). Keeps profits safe while leaving enough to keep trading.
Manual Trading
Use manual mode to trade specific tokens yourself, bypassing the auto-sniper.
/arm <mint> <sol>
Stage a buy: the bot queues a buy for this token and fires as soon as it detects the token is tradable. Useful for targeting a specific launch you know about.
/buy <mint> <sol>
Instant buy — enters the trade immediately without waiting. Use when a token is already live and you want in now.
/sell <percent>
Sell a percentage of your current position. Example: /sell 50 sells half.
/sellnow
Sells 100% of your current token position immediately at market price.
/stop
Cancels a pending arm/entry and resets the bot to idle. Does NOT sell open positions — use /sellnow for that.
Buy presets
3 configurable one-click buy buttons. Default: 0.1 / 0.5 / 1.0 SOL. Change via ⚙️ Settings → Buy Presets.
Position recovery
If you have tokens in your wallet that the bot doesn't know about, type /recover <mint>. The bot reconciles the position and you can sell manually.
Advanced Features
DCA Orders
Buy or sell a token on a schedule. Example: buy 0.05 SOL of a token every 10 minutes for 5 cycles, or sell 10% of your holdings every 30 minutes. Set price floors and ceilings to only execute in favorable conditions.
Limit Orders
Set a buy or sell to trigger only when a token hits a specific price. Example: buy if price drops to X, sell if price rises to Y. The bot watches price in real time.
Copy Trading
Mirror the trades of another Solana wallet. When that wallet buys, you buy. When they sell, you sell. Set a max buy amount to cap your risk per trade.
Watchlist
Add tokens to your watchlist with /watch <mint>. The bot tracks their price and can quick-buy them with one tap from the menu.
Paper Mode
All trades are simulated — no real SOL is spent. Perfect for testing new filter settings or sell strategies without risk. Switch via ⚙️ Settings → Mode.
Migration Sniping
When a token graduates from pump.fun bonding curve to PumpSwap, the bot can automatically snipe it at the graduation event. Configure the buy amount separately from your normal snipe amount.
